Baja California 2010 Trip - Sites of Tijuana

In addition to all the food shots, in last year's Baja trip, there were some interesting sights as well.


Border crossing

We walked across the border from San Ysidro, a first for me. In fact we walked all the way to our hotel, through some great shortcuts.



City Sites

If your initial mental image of Tijuana is the donkey painted to look like a zebra, there is much more within the city.


Luckily this trip took us to various residential areas we wouldn't normally get to experience. And since we traveled in a trolley, there were great opportunities to capture shots while in transit.

Border Crossing back to U.S.


Walking is a lot faster than waiting in line inside the vehicle. After crossing through, you go through a customs line and then exit to the bus/train station.
